Jollie (Boerne, TX): Quick LCHF meal with brats

Keep your fridge stocked with favorites & it’s easy to throw together quick meals in an almost endless combination. This dish has become a go-to favorite after searching for something to do with leftover brats one day!  Super easy & super tasty!

I almost always grill, but I did these brats in the air fryer while we wait in an apartment for our house to be built.  I’ve been using the air fryer 3-4 times a week.  Cook the brats at 350 deg for 15 min, flipping at 9 min.  Thick rib-eye steaks & chicken wings turn out surprisingly well too, but not nearly as good as grilling or deep frying.

1-1/2 Brats (Grilled or air fried)
1/2 Avocado
5-6 San Marzano tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
*Add cilantro & a squeeze of lime if on-hand, but not necessary
